I am a senior lecturer at UNSW's School of Economics.

I'm also a research principal at the Manos Institute of Cognitive Economics, and a core committee member for the annual Organisational Economics Workshop in Australia.

I'm currently serving as the PhD coordinator for UNSW Economics.

Much of my research is about how organizations change, or fail to change, over time. I also work on other topics in applied theory.
